Digital Drawing and Painting – ART 177 • Section 9491
Suitable for beginner or advanced students
- Learn foundational drawing and painting skills plus digital painting simultaneously
- Receive individual support and guidance
- There are approximately 20 students
- Receive large professional quality prints of your assignments
- Understand color and light or gain a greater mastery
- Learn how to paint a portrait, still life, landscape, and a comic (sequential narrative)
- Make digital paintings that incorporate color and design principles to achieve a sense of style, dimension and depth
- Learn how to paint in Photoshop or on your own software/device – no experience needed
- Receive and participate in safe, supportive critiques
- Draw and paint directly on digital screen displays
2024 Fall registration starts April 29 and goes through August 18.
